I had no idea that there was anything wrong wrong until I started to close the garage door and heard a snap sound which turned out to be the chain sprocket breaking off of the unit. I asked the wife to call for service. She was told that they could be here within the next 4 hrs which made both of us pleased. After the service man looked at the unit and told us the cost of repair and age of the unit, we opted to replace our existing unit with a new one with a lifetime guarantee. Within two hrs we were back up and running and very pleased with the service provided. Regards, Ron Bush
