This is the second house where we have used Precision Door Service. They do not disappoint with service! They did a total evaluation of our system and gave their review. There was no high pressure sales, just a review for us to decide what we wanted repaired or defer until the future. We ended up having bearings replaced and a new garage door opener. What a difference! No more sounding like the opener was going to fall apart each time we used it. Due to lack of noise with new door opener and door bearings, we cannot tell if garage door is operating unless you visually look at. Great Job! Our Technician (Arnold) did a great job!

I called at 7:45 am about a non-working door opener and by 9:15 am, a technician {Chris C.} was on site. He checked out my opener and offered both potential repair costs of a 28 year old opener and costs of a new one. I elected the new one. Chris was quick and efficient with the installation and by 11:15 he was done. I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of work. Thank you all very much, especially Chris.

Shane called to say he would be here and arrived on time! He did maintenance on the door and noticed some issues. He informed us of the price to do the things needed and, after our approval, proceeded to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner!! Very impressed with this young man!

I give 5 stars to Precision Overhead garage door service. I called for garage door repairs and James was out that day. James was very friendly and efficient.

Call precision garage doors to replace tension springs they came out estimate was 285 then it quivkly escalates to 300 dollars service was good but replacing springs wasn't worth 304 dollars over priced springs and when they come out they start looking for other ways to pad the bill.

Found you online, called and rep came out next day and give me an estimate. serviceman came next morning . removed replaced 40 year old door and installed a new one. everyone from receptionist , to salesman to installation serviceman were excellent. I give you 5 stars on all.

The technician toke less than 20 minutes to fixed the garage door, he didn't replace any parts and charge us $300 dollars "rip off. We decided to accept the conditios because we all ready wait a day with our cars inside of the garage and we need to go to work.

I was the last repair visit for repairman. He worked into the night to get the door repaired. Very pleased with repair. I am surprised at how much quieter the door opens and closes. Had controller & springs replaced.5 Stars for sure.

I called Precision because I heard their advertisement on The Joy FM, a station I am fond of and listen to because I helped build their studio and transmitter facilities and get it on the air over 30 years ago. I wanted to look at reworking the seals to prevent leaves, frogs, lizards and snakes from getting into the garage. I arranged an appointment and their tech, Keith came out to look at my door about 8:30/9:00 AM. We discussed what type of seal to use and how to install it and he then looked at my installation. He noticed that the spring board had pulled away from the wall and the door was in imminent danger of collapsing! Needless to say, I authorized the repair and service work to begin immediately. He even helped clear the space back from the door to give him room to set up his ladders and table. By Noon he was finished with new springs, new nylon rollers, realignment of the track, a new bottom triple seal, lubrication of the track, rollers, and hinges {which had never been done}, and resetting of the limits on the motor. After almost 9 years, the door runs quieter, smoother, and is better sealed than when it was originally installed by another company. I could not be happier! I would definitely recommend Precision and their installer Keith Allen for anyone needing garage door work of any type.

We contacted Precision based on advertisement and your reviews. Christopher Stephens arrived yesterday to repair our 16 x 7 torsion spring door. He installed new springs, repaired work that wasn't done properly from another company, replaced the cables and rollers and installed a new "silent" Linear door opener. Christopher was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. We are extremely happy with the work performed. We love our new opener and plan on replacing the second garage door opener soon. Thank you for providing excellent technicians and for a job well done!
