Was so impressed with website we didn’t call anyone else. Melanie, the estimator, came promptly. She was very professional and low pressure when explaining our options. We decided to buy as price was actually less than we anticipated! Office set up installation for following Wed. Nick, the installer was efficient, friendly, meticulous and knowledgeable! Before leaving he made sure we were comfortable with door operations and installation. We are very impressed with this company!

Great job done. I can't remember the name of the tech that came out but he was awesome. He called ahead, then called on site to explain everything to me including cost since I could not meet him. He was so well mannered and even went above and beyond for me giving me advice on how to be proactive and take better care of the garage door. The cost was a little high but the service was well worth it. Thank you so much.

You guys are great. My garage door stopped working and you came out the same day and fixed it. I got multiple options of what it would cost to repair just the damage, repair and replace other parts that showed wear or a full service job doing everything to bring my door back to tip top shape. Each option fully explained and no pressure was put on me as to which option I should select. I have used you in the past and I will continue to use you in the future for maintenance and any other repair work that might come along. You are a superior company to do business with.

The spring installed by one of your competitors was too weak. This eventually wore out the opener. Precision sent out a much more qualified associate to assess and fix the problem. He worked fast and efficient. he not only fixed the problem but he fixed other problems as well while he was there We are very happy with his customer service.

The entire Experience with Precision was outstanding. The initial contact with the Precision Consultant at 10:14AM was responsive and informative. The immediate follow up e-mail confirming the appointment for this afternoon was reassuring. I then received a call from Precision asking if their technician could come earlier. At 11:30AM Jason Daring arrived, following a a call to me at 11AM, giving me a 30 minute notice, and a discussion of the garage door problem. Jason completed the repair of our garage door, within 2 hours of his arrival, as he projected. At 1:30PM, my repair was completed. Jason went over what he had done, and trained me on the new opener. He then processed my payment. Jason was just superb...top notch. This is our second outstanding experience with Precision. We are a loyal Precision consumer. I was completely satisfied...100%. Drive gear sheared requiring a new part. The tech came out around 7:30 and was complete by 8:30. He had the gear assembly on the truck so there was no waiting on parts. He also checked out our other garage door and lubed up the rollers to run smoother at no additional cost. Very respectful of my time as he called before arrival after dinner. I would go with them again for service or installation.

I had a cable come off the pulley which resulted in not being able to open or close door. Called Precision and within a few hours they were there and door fixed. Matt was on time and very professional. Unlike most companies that say between 10 and 2, I was presently surprised when Matt called and asked if he could come before 10. Time is money and I’m like yes. Matt explained everything he was going to do, advised me on future maintenance of my garage doors and even left me the lubricant to be used. When done, he made sure all was in order, cleaned up and departed. He wore facial protection the entire time he was here. The best part of the service was when I was given the opportunity to pay over 3 months. Awesome plus military discount! I would definitely recommend This company.
