The technician called to ask if it was ok to come early. I said yes. Once he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and provided purchase options. Once I chose the one I wanted he estimated how the work would take. He needed only 1 hour for the complete job. I complimented him on getting done so quickly. Our Technician Luke called 20 min. prior to arriving at our house for an evening appointment. That is very accomodating to me, i didnt have to take time off from work and sit around waiting, as you usually do. He troublshooted the issue, and found the problem right away. He went over a couple of options we could take. He had the replacement part on his van, again very efficient, not having to order parts and come back. We elected to do the repair, and he was done within 30 minutes. He lubed all the moving metal parts and gave me some useful information on preventative maintainance. That to me is very professional because the unit was not purchased from them, or covered by any remaining warranty. We discussed some pricing on new equipment if needed down the road, and paid with my debit card. I would for sure use precision again, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
