My garage door spring broke today. I went online and found Precision phone number and remember seen their commercials on TV. I gave them a call and within a few hours they were here. They not only fix the problem but pointed out other parts that needed replacement and recommended such without any pressure I was given the option to replace now all leave for another time. I choose to get everything done at once. The technicians were very professional, did an outstanding job replacing, repairing and installing new hurricane bars to my garage door. My door is now like a new door. I highly recommend this company and I know for sure that I will be using them again if I ever need their services.

After waiting for over two weeks for service from a different Polk County, Florida garage door company that I had used for many years, I was told that the technician would be here on Thursday. After waiting all day on Thursday and not hearing from him by 3:30 p.m., I knew he was not coming. I then called the office and was assured that he would arrive at my residence that day. By 5:00 p.m., with no call from the technician or the company to explain anything, I knew that I nor my business mattered to them. I immediately called Precision Overhead and was greeted by a very professional young lady who immediately set up an appointment for the next day. She also immediately emailed me the information regarding my 10-2 window for the appointment, the technician’s name and other pertinent information regarding the company and its’ employees. What a difference in companies! I must say that Precision Overhead exceeded my expectations with their “professionalism and caring attitude” from my initial conversation on late Thursday afternoon to early Friday afternoon when everything regarding my garage door worked perfectly. Thanks to this company, I went from No More Waiting and No More Disappointments to Extreme Happiness in a matter of hours! A working garage door is a necessity for me! The technician, Mr. Chris thoroughly explained everything. Due to his expertise and personality, my daughter, Dr. Monique and I trusted him to do his job, to do it right and to do it with excellency! That he did! My overall experience from this company and Mr. Chris was 100%. A+ in all areas! Precision replaced the springs on our door a number of years ago when they broke. When our opener wouldn’t close with the remotes we called for repair. Stefan Harris arrived at expected time,and diagnosed the problem being the mother board. Due to the age of the original opener we were given 4 options & prices to resolve the problem. We opted to have a new opener installed which he had on his truck and started replacing the opener. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and the replacement installed & remotes programmed, instructions given in a timely manner. We greatly appreciated the service he provided.

The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.

He explained the process, reasoning for replacement of parts, and took the time to walk me through trouble areas. He helped me find the solution that worked best for my situation and was honest and trustworthy. He even did his best to work with minimum noise in order to allow our newborn to sleep. They had installed the door opening mechanisms in 2007. I called late in the day, and they had arranged a service for 8a - 10am next day. Techician quickly found the springs were too old, weak, and had strained one of the belt drives, causing it to break, which had stopped door opening. Very proffesional repair, knew exactly what to do, changed all three springs, the broken belt, and adjusted both doors. All within an hour or so, and carried it out with expertise. Very professional. AAA+
