The garage door can open with remote but can’t close with the remote and someone has to press the key on the wall to close so I called precision garage door becoz there is a sticker on the garage door . This is our first time using this company . The technician told us he has to change the wire and change new set of sensor . I only give 1 star because I found out that the genie sensor set was charged for $242, on Amazon is only $40. I’m sure the price is set by the company , not by technician . I could still accept if the genie sensor is charged $20-$30 more but not 5 times than regular price . I feel like the company take advantage of the customer who doesn’t have knowledge . I totally understand for professional fees is $289 for changing the sensor and wire . The technician Chris is very kind and nice .

This was a warranty repair. But once your tech gave me other options I felt was more in my favorer, I chose to upgrade to a better spring with another full 7-year warranty starting that day. We use the garage door allot!!! I was given a full credit for the set of springs I previously purchased! The job was done in less than 1 hour. He checked for any other issues I may have and did a maintenance on the rest of the parts of the door. The extra steps it what will keep me a customer for life! Well, that and the warranty!!

Arnold Simpson is a great service tech. I called because of a malfunctioning remote & he discovered a bent spring which would have frozen my door both mechanically & manually. He solved both my issues and as a bonus, programmed my car to operate the garage door. If I need service again, I will request him. Hopefully that won’t be for a loooonnng time.

From the very courteous, professional lady I spoke with over the phone (I apologize, I cannot remember her name) this experience has taught me a lesson. I originally contacted the company I have previously used for my garage door and received just awful customer service over the phone. I decided to call Precision and am so glad I did. Precision was able to fit me in the same day. John called to let me know how far out he was. When he arrived he was incredibly professional and polite and really knows his stuff. He showed me what he was doing and explained everything. He was a doll to work with. Thank you again John for everything.

The entire experience with representatives of Precision Doors can only be described as outstanding. It started with the person who answered my call on a mid Saturday morning. She was able to schedule a technician for later in the day. Her notes assisted the technician to be prepared as to what to expect at our home. Chris was here within an hour of my call and was very courteous. He fixed a dent in my garage door so that you can't even tell from the outside that it had been dented. He checked the bolts on the inside of the door and replaced some of them, as well as reinforced the bottom seal, working over an hour in the 90+ degree garage. I was very pleased with his workmanship.

I chose Precision because of your quick response. Your technician was courteous and worked quickly to fix my door. However, your prices are very very excessively high. Your technician did his best to sell me as many repairs whether really needed or not to raise the total bill. In the end, he gave me a discount for previous visits and also gave me a couple of rollers. I refused to buy your 10-pack of rollers for $410.00 because I found I can buy the same 10-pack for $25 on Amazon. I'll never use Precision again.
