I chose Precision because of their rating, same day service, BBB endorsement and the professional service provided when I called. The springs were bad on my garage door, so I had to have whole spring system replaced. The technician had all the parts on his truck and within a little over an hour, my garage door was back working better than ever! Quick, professional and what so far appears to be quality service!

I want to start off by saying I called Home Depot to get an estimate on a Garage Door Opener installed. After three failed attempts to get someone to my house I finally went online to Angie's list and found Precision. I read the reviews and felt comfortable giving them a shot. First and foremost I received a call the same day I sent the request. The technician (Dallas) arrived early and waited for me to return to my home with my twins in tow. Dallas was very HONEST and knowledgeable of the different options for my garage door. He gave me three estimates and said the one he would recommend for my size door was not the most expensive one. When I asked for a day he could come back to do the install he simple said, "I can do this right now for you"! Here is a company and an employee who knows the meaning of customer service. I will be calling on them again in the future for any issues or service!

Called and made a same day appointment. The Tech arrived a few minutes early which was fine ! Dallas inspected the entire garage door tracks & rollers (the broken spring was obvious) and found worn shaft bearings and rollers. Gave me an estimate for just spring replacement or upgrade spring or new rollers and bearings. Kind of like a "Good-Better- Best" choice. We went with the total package up-grade springs and rollers. Dallas performed the work quickly and professionally. The door operates much quieter than we can remember. Thanks so much !
